Catherine primarily works one-on-one with clients; coaching, mentoring, and motivating.  She works with her clients helping them find individualized solutions to create a better sense of confidence as they go forward in their lives, mentally and physically.

Catherine owned and operated her own movement studio, with the belief that movement heals, and people don’t always know how to move to heal themselves.  During her time as a business owner, she found that in addition to movement coaching, there was a need for life coaching as well and that the two complimented each other beautifully.

Catherine’s educational background starts with her B.S. in Psychology from George Mason University, followed by her M.S. in Positive Psychology Coaching at Life University, and her many other extensive movement and anatomy certifications.  Catherine is currently enrolled at Life University in their Doctor of Chiropractic program to further her in-depth understanding of the body and its movements.

Catherine offers virtual sessions for life and motion coaching.   Catherine specializes in working with clients who have Scoliosis and those in need of therapeutic recovery when physical therapy has not met their needs.

Clients begin to understand how their body works interdependently and what they can do to feel better.  Catherine offers an experience that is very personal in nature, rather than choreographed exercise routines that may not be beneficial and may strengthen an already bad habit.

Clients often find Catherine after trying “everything else” and are still seeking relief or help.  She’s the person who understands why you move the way you do and how to make the changes to improve your body overall, not just in one place.  She works with clients to help peel back layers of habits that have led to the point of needing help, mentally and physically.

If you’re willing to learn and invest in yourself, so is she.
