This package is designed for the beginner and newcomer to the studio. Five private sessions give us and you an opportunity to get to know each other through assessment, health history, and movement. This is where fundamentals are taught to make sure we are doing our best to serve you and set you up for success as you progress in your practice.
Private sessions are the fastest way to progress in Pilates. A certified Pilates trainer will work one-on-one with you on the reformer, and mat. Adjusting the intensity of the work to the level appropriate for you. Privates are also appropriate for those with special considerations. Privates are 55 minutes long.
A duet is a private session with two participants and one instructor. Duets are a cost effective way to get a personalized workout. It’s also nice to workout with a friend or partner to help keep you motivated. Duets are 55 minutes long.
SMALL GROUP EQUIPMENT CLASSES (MAX 4)
A 55 minute session of groups up to 4 people. Giving students the opportunity to get the attention they need and participate in a class atmosphere. We do our best to match the students to the right group so that everyone receives the most benefit for their body.
GROUP MAT PILATES CLASSES: (MAX 10)
We teach movement in a safe environment so that everyone gets the best possible instruction while building strength to suit their body. Modifications are offered for the students at their level.
