Welcome to Pilates!

This package is designed for the beginner and newcomer to the studio. Five private sessions give us and you an opportunity to get to know each other through assessment, health history, and movement. This is where the fundamentals are taught to make sure we are doing our best to serve you and set you up for success as you progress in your practice.

Private Sessions

Each private session begins with a warm up and progresses into the fundamentals of Pilates. Your instructor will customize a program to help you achieve your goals based on your fitness level, feedback, and individual needs. Private sessions are perfect for those new to Pilates and hoping to become familiar with the equipment and practice, as well as for those more experienced practitioners looking for the next fitness challenge. Private sessions are an investment in your health and wellbeing.

Duet Sessions

You and a friend will be able to train together and take advantage of the benefits of a Private session. This is the perfect option if you and a friend are working on similar goals, or have the same training schedule. Working out with a friend can help with accountability and staying motivated!

Rise and Shine

Intermediate to Advanced Equipment for the early riser. Start your day off right with a challenging, whole-body workout with a focus on the deep core muscles, the breath, and postural alignment. Offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00am with Catherine.

Strength in Length

Intermediate Equipment class for people with previous Pilates experience on various pieces of equipment. You will learn the importance of lengthening the body while strengthening the core muscles of the body. Offered every Monday at 11:00am with Anna.

Slow and Controlled

Beginner to Intermediate Equipment class working the entire body at a slower, controlled pace. You will gain muscles strength, flexibility, and increased mobility. Regain control of your body in Slow and Controlled. Offered every Wednesday and Friday at 10:00am with Catherine.

Strength and Stability

Work the entire body using your own body weight and Pilates props like the magic circle, flex bands, foam rollers, etc. This low-impact workout is a great way to tone the muscles, gain/regain strength, mobility, flexibility, and most of all…confidence! This class meets every Wednesday with Catherine and every Friday with Anna at 9:00am.

Me Time Mat

Be your own best friend and give yourself the gift of “me time”. You will strengthen the whole body using your own body weight and Pilates props like the magic circle, flex bands, foam rollers, etc. This class is a low-impact, yet challenging workout that will leave you feeling great and holding your head up a little higher! All levels of fitness welcome! This class meets every Saturday at 9:00 am with Melissa.

Scolio-Pilates® Sessions

You will meet with Catherine for an initial consultation, which is typically 3 hours. Catherine will design a home program specifically for you to begin to improve your scoliosis and its symptoms. Subsequent sessions are 55 minutes and can be scheduled online. Please contact Catherine to schedule the 3 hour Initial Consultation.

  • Initial Consultation – in studio = $255
  • Off Site Initial Consultation = $255 + travel
